Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you're not, we'll take it back.

Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the day you received it. 

In order to ensure a good experience, Dioscvri may require proof of purchase or decline your return or exchange in some situations such as:

– Used products

– Product that is missing labels

– Products that have been defaced

– Products that have been damaged to the point where they aren't usable

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the return. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Credit times will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
